2 Pokémon Updates: HeartGold,Soulsilver and 2010 Movie

Pokémon's official website recently reported the title and release date of the next pokemon movie, Pocket Monster Diamond & Pearl: Genei no Hasha Z, or in English The Phantom Champion Z, on July 10th 2010. Based on the poster artwork it seems to tie in with the current themes of the reinvention of the Pokémon gold and silver games.
On this note there is also an update by amazon.com, they have listed both Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver for a release date of March 14th 2010. This date may not be the official release date for the game in the USA however amazon.com is one of the most reliable for this, so it most likely is, however it is still possible the date could change and that it may be brought forward and hopefully not back however only time will tell and I am sure that we will hear some more news and updates in the new year.
Also the picture of the box confims the pokéwalker gimic which makes it a nice addition to the game as we are finally starting to get alot of what the Japanese are getting.
Unfortunately though still not much sign of a UK and Europe release date but I would imagine when one is announced it will be in May of 2010 which is when we seem to get all the Pokémon versions released.

Kamen Rider fans dispair!

On Friday 11th December Stephen Lunsford, the titular character on Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight, posted on twitter that TV network The CW and 4kids have canceled the show as of 26th December. By that time they will have only aired 38 out of the 40 episodes so it is unknown when and how the remaining two episodes will be shown if at all.
However there is some speculation that it will appear on 4kids website, but don't hold your hopes to high as it is still only speculation. Despite this co-executive producer, Steve Wang, posted on his Facebook page, "that's not to say it won't pop up on a different network in the future".
It is a shame it got cancelled at this stage since D3Publisher just released a Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight video game for the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS consoles on 17th November.
Hopefully the remaining two episodes will be seen in some shape or form soon and not get completely cancelled like the last Kamen Rider production done in the USA which was Saban's Masked Rider, in 1995, which was cancelled after only the one season.

Naruto fans rejoice, kinda.

Naruto Unleashed: Series 8 Part 1 was released today in the UK at an average retail price of £24.99. This seems like the perfect gift for naruto fans just in time for christmas, which is what probably spawned its release. Personally the price seems pretty decent for what is meant to be a box set only problem is that it's part 1, so like most of the naruto series you will have to wait another few months till the next part.
